All cancellation requests must be made via phone at 800-453-1192 (hours of operation are Monday through Friday 6:00 AM through 5:00 PM MT). Cancellations are not guaranteed.

All Select Step.com products purchased by calling the phone number on the Select Step infomercial or on www.SelectStep.com come with an unconditional 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee. You may return these products to Wing Product Development (WPD) d/b/a Little Giant Ladder Systems for any reason within this time frame and receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling fees. Once the product falls outside of the defined 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, WPD cannot guarantee that the product refund will be honored.

Note: Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for the initial product purchase, or for returning the product back to WPD.

Your order will be shipped in 5 to 7 business days. We ship via FedEx Ground to the 48 contiguous United States. Call customer service at 800-453-1192 to arrange special shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. We are unable to drop ship to Canada or Mexico.

For purchases obtained directly from Wing Product Development or Little Giant Ladder Systems via the Internet, mail order, or over the telephone, you have 30 days from the product’s physical ship date to be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. You must include a copy of the packing slip in order to be eligible for a refund.

Products purchased in person at a retail outlet must be returned to the same retail outlet.

All purchases must be returned to Wing Product Development’s distribution center and postmarked 30 days from the specific receipt / delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund. All physical components of the product must be included with the return. Also include a copy of your online purchase receipt and/or packing slip. Wing Product Development recommends the product return be shipped through a traceable method. If returning via United States Mail, please use either registered mail, certified, or return receipt mail delivery confirmation methods. WPD / Little Giant Ladder Systems is not responsible for lost mail that is not received or products damaged during return shipment. Shipping fees for the Select Step order and the product return are not reimbursed.

If you purchased your Select Step Adaptive StepLadder directly from Wing Product Development, LC; and if you are calling within 30 days of delivery of merchandise, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price of your ladder, less shipping and handling.

Package returned merchandise properly in the original boxes and in good condition. Please note: You are responsible for return shipping and any damage or loss to merchandise which occurs during return shipment to Wing Product Development, LC. We highly recommend that you insure your shipment.
